#85
Just because you see
me waiting too
does not mean that
i spend it standing
in line, as well.
#86
Fury
the darkness was real
surrounding lives so fleeting,
found sweet fear in my heart
made me so thankful for breathing
#87
Golden rays come morning sunshine
wake aching bones
stretch crack twist back
tumble roll raise
saunter stammer step down streets
stand wait sweat rest by roads
hear friends calling distant and near
stand tall to the frowning
knees buckle, body in need of a break
but i lust for the end,
so i press press press.
#88
Standing tall,
enjoying the company
resting by myself
#89
A heavy slumber weights
eyelids over waiting
projectors casting warm
blankets shooting through
two way lenses that capture
letters sent returning
to sender.
i wipe the sleep from my eyes.
