#185
Let the night sing forever,
for the morrow is too far
to wait for your conversation,
its taken a lifetime,
of patience,
waiting for this time,
and this placement,
to sleep now,
seems wasteful.
#186
Those sun-rays,
and soft snores,
sitting beside you.
Afternoons,
and lifetimes,
both brand new,
and too true,
too known
to be new,
i’ve missed you,
i’ve loved you,
for always
forever.
#187
Silence,
a beautiful illusion
conducted by the
symphony of nature;
an escape,
a mirage of safety
shared between those
that love harmony.
Ease, away from the
illness of others,
for now.
#188
Lost it,
that precious thing,
lost like keys,
beyond retraced steps,
beyond recollection,
i lost it
i hate it
i need it
and i’m frustrated,
when will i learn
a way without my mistakes,
return to me,
my precious thing,
return so i may never lose you
again.
#189
i think that’s enough for me today
to turn it all off,
to block it all out,
to look inward for the peace i seek
amongst the chaos i feel,
inwards begets the outwards
as above so below,
the inverse becomes the inside
as the shadows begin their roll,
but there’s safety from sunlight,
so i won’t fret, i won’t fright
i see no difference,
but preference,
when i wonder
what is the day,
and
what is the night?
